Frank Rosinia MD, MHCM, ACC, the founder of Pascal Leadership Coaching, is a certified Executive Coach. During his career in health care and academics, Frank has been a physician, entrepreneur, C-suite executive, Department Chair, tenured Professor in academic medicine and is now a faculty member in the UT San Antonio Alvarez College of Business.

Frank started Pascal Leadership Coaching to share insights from his career and to help leaders develop the necessary balance between hard and soft skills required for success. His clients will learn not only to excel as leaders but to facilitate the human connections that allow their organizations to thrive.
